Ingredients: Peppermint (Menthae piperitae folium), German chamomile /Chamomile flowers (Matricariae flos/Chamomillae anthodium), Lemon balm leaves (Melissae folium), Oregano (Origani vulgaris herba), Caraway seeds (Carvi fructus)

Dosage: Directions for use: Pour 2 teaspoons of the blend over 2.5 dl of boiling water, then cover and let steep for 10 minutes. Daily dose: 2–3 cups, before meals.
