Organic, chelated magnesium bisglycinate, supplemented with the bioactive form of vitamin B6, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, for excellent absorption. A fully reacted magnesium form which, according to our experience, does not cause loose stools even in people with sensitive stomachs.

Magnesium bisglycinate 1600 mg
of which elemental magnesium 200 mg
Vitamin B6 4 mg

Dosage: 1 capsule twice daily, after meals. It is advisable to take one capsule directly before bedtime.
