Magnesium malate - 90g

Magnesium malate is one of the forms of magnesium with the best bioavailability, a compound of magnesium and malic acid. Malic acid occurs naturally in fruits and vegetables. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, the normal functioning of the nervous system, and normal muscle function.

Dosage: We recommend consuming 0.5 grams daily, mixed into a liquid, preferably with a meal.
