Ingredients: Elecampane Root (Helenii rhizoma/ Inulae radix), Artichoke Leaf (Cynarae folium), Fenugreek (Trigonellae foenugraeci semen), Blessed Thistle (Cnici benedicti herba), Peppermint (Menthae piperitae folium)
Dosage: Directions for use: Pour 2.5 dl of boiling water over 2 teaspoons of the blend, cover, and let steep for 15 minutes. Daily dose: 1–2 cups before meals.
