Dosage: We recommend that adults consume 4 drops daily, applied directly into the mouth or mixed with food. Do not mix with liquids! It is best taken in the morning with the first meal. 1 drop contains 1,000 IU of vitamin D3. For children, we recommend 1 drop per 20 kg of body weight. When applying the drops into the mouth, do not let the dropper come into contact with the tongue, as our product contains no preservatives.
